Goal - complete a large activities space for a headquarters campus

Project Responsibilities - project management of all financial, design, planning and construction aspects of this project.
Project Specifications
Design - Outside dining area for 240, large 2 level pond with curtain water fall and a large sports field. Transitioned this space into adjacent completed space that has further outdoor amenities.
Construction - Protected Tree Plan analysis and implementation, significant dirt import for adjusted grading and site utilities installation.
