Goal - delivery of a 105,000 sq ft office space in Mountain View, CA

Project Responsibilities - site search and selection, negotiations of basic lease terms, presentation of lease and construction costs for executive approval, lease negotiation, design management, interior construction management, fitout of entire interior and move management.

Project Specifications

Interior - fitout of a 6-story warm shell with 3 stories of underground parking. The project involved extensive HVAC and electrical work. The fit out included a 25/75 private office to cubicle ratio. The installed cubicles were manufactured by Teknion. The design and construction included a corporate computer room, network operating center, security operations center, gym with showers and lunchroom.
