Project Specifications Interior - fitout of a 6-story warm shell with 3 stories of underground parking. The project involved extensive HVAC and electrical work. The fit out included a 25/75 private office to cubicle ratio. The installed cubicles were manufactured by Teknion. The design and construction included a corporate computer room, network operating center, security operations center, gym with showers and lunchroom.
