Consolidation Project in San Jose, CA

Goal - consolidation of 800,000 sq ft of real estate to 400,000 for a semiconductor company in the Bay Area

Project Responsibilities - management of project construction, moves and furniture fit out. Expansion of data center capacity while center was in operation. Coordination of communication between facilities and IT departments regarding consolidation milestones and deliverables.

Project Specifications

Construction - complete construction of tenant improvements in seven buildings. TIs include wet and dry labs, HVAC infrastructure upgrade, structural retrofits and ADA compliance upgrades.

Move Management - complete staged moves of 1,500 employees over 9 months to facilitate completion of construction projects.
